Wedding Statement of Fees
LODGEMENT FEE
Booking the date and time of the wedding ceremony.
Lodgement of the Notice of Intended Marriage form with the authorised celebrant.
Non- refundable Booking Fee
Cost: $300.00
SOLEMNISATION FEE
For solemnisation of a marriage by the authorised celebrant.
Fee payable no later than four (4) weeks prior to the wedding ceremony.
Cost: $760.00(2022/2023)

• Completion and lodgement of all legal paperwork
• Commonwealth of Australia Marriage Certificate
• Official Marriage Certificate Application
• Unlimited phone and email support
• 1 rehearsal at the ceremony location or appropriate venue
• Solemnising the marriage
• A professional PA system with quality sound
• Lots of love and support for you both
ADDITIONAL REHEARSALS
Cost: $50.00 each
ADDITIONAL TIME
Additional cost will be incurred if your ceremony goes over our agreed time from the start to finish.
Cost: $50.00
TRAVEL EXPENSES
If the distance of a return journey between the celebrant’s home and the place of marriage exceeds 250 km's a set kilometre fee will apply.
Cost: $1.00 per kilometre.
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS - Additional charges apply for ceremonies on public holidays: Cost: $200.00

INCIDENTALS
Parking fees, entry fees, water taxi fees, taxi fees, venue fees, costume hire, hotel room, car hire & airfares will all be at the cost of the couple intending to marry.
COMPETENCE TO ENTER MARRIAGE - EXTRA CEREMONY
If one or both of the parties intending to marry are under the influence of drugs and or alcohol the celebrant has the right to perform a ‘commitment ceremony’ as per relevant clauses of the terms and conditions.
No legal marriage will take place.
The legal marriage will take place at a different time and location. This is an extra charge on top of the deposit and solemnisation fee. I will perform a Legals Only service for your paperwork with two witnesses.

FINAL PAYMENT TO BE PAID AT LEAST 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE WEDDING DATE
We acknowledge the fee and policy conditions relating to our wedding ceremony and agree to make full payment as required. If changes occur we agree to contact our celebrant as soon as possible to negotiate a new statement of fees.

All prices are subject to change without notice.
In the case that a ceremony is postponed/cancelled the schedule of fees may become null and void.
