LODGEMENT FEE    

Booking the date and time of the wedding ceremony.

Lodgement of the Notice of Intended Marriage form with me as your authorised celebrant. 
A non-refundable booking fee of $300 is required to hold your date. 

SOLEMNISATION FEE    

For solemnisation of a marriage by me your authorised celebrant.

Fee payable no later than four (4) weeks of the wedding ceremony.
Cost: $580

Inclusions: 
•    Completion and lodgement of all legal paperwork
•    Commonwealth of Australia Marriage Certificate
•    Unlimited phone and email support
•    Solemnising the marriage 
•    A professional PA system with quality sound (if needed)
 

 

ADDITIONAL REHEARSALS: $50.00 

 

ADDITIONAL TIME

An additional cost of $100 will be added to your fee if your ceremony runs over our agreed time from the start to the finish. Example: If you run very late or for any reason the ceremony is delayed that is out of my control, the fee will occur.
 

TRAVEL EXPENSES

If the distance of a return journey between my home and the place of marriage exceeds 250kms then a set $1.00 per kilometre fee will apply.
 

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
Additional charges apply for ceremonies on public holidays: $200.00

INCIDENTALS

Parking fees, entry fees, water taxi fees, taxi fees, venue fees, costume hire, hotel room, car hire & airfares will all be at the cost of the couple intending to marry.

COMPETENCE TO ENTER MARRIAGE - EXTRA CEREMONY

If one or both of the parties intending to marry are under the influence of drugs and or alcohol the celebrant has the right to perform a ‘commitment ceremony’ as per relevant clauses of the terms and conditions. No legal marriage will take place.
The legal marriage will take place at a different time and location and this will incur an extra fee of $800.
   
FINAL PAYMENT TO BE PAID AT LEAST 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE WEDDING DATE

We acknowledge the fee and policy conditions relating to our wedding ceremony and agree to make full payment as required. If changes occur we agree to contact our celebrant as soon as possible to negotiate a new statement of fees.

 

FEE POLICIES

All prices are subject to change without notice.  

Reading the Schedule of Fees provides acknowledgement that you have accepted the Terms and Conditions as well.

In the case that a ceremony is postponed/cancelled the schedule of fees may become null and void.

•    We agree to notify the Celebrant in writing as soon as possible should any details change.
